Makeup Arizona Heights Dentistry AZ 85086When it comes to choosing makeup, the colors you go with can impact the way that your teeth look. The makeup might make them look yellow, dark or even whiter than they actually are.

This is why the right makeup can really make a difference when it comes to your smile and being able to get more out of it when you choose the right makeup for the occasion.

Tips for Choosing the Right Makeup Colors

If you are going to choose shades that make your teeth really stand out and have a bright white, then you want to go with pinks or reds for your lips that have mauve or blue-like undertones.

These colors really make the teeth appear brighter and whiter than they actually are. The colors play off of one another to give this effect. Choosing pinks and reds that do not have this blue undertone can still make the teeth appear whiter, but not to such a dramatic effect.

The same goes for choosing coral or orange-like colors for your face or eyes. These can make the teeth appear whiter than they are.

However, usually you do not want to have orange skin so it might be best to choose a tan color that matches the skin but has a slight coral or pinkish tinge to it that is really going to make the skin appear flawless and the smile whiter.

If you want to whiten up that smile through a dental exam and cleaning, speak with our office today. We can provide you with the cleaning that you want and the whitening that you need when the time comes.

It can really make a difference for your dental health and your confidence each and every time you go to flash those pearly whites.
